To copy the graph or chart to use in a report, or other document do the following:
1. Open a word processor document.
2. Go back to the graph you want and click the right mouse button on it to display a menu.
3. On the that has appeared, select 'copy' or 'copy image'.
4. Change window to your word processor, click where you want the graph or map and paste the image in.
NOTE: this will be a picture image and cannot be edited.

Graph and maps are too small

Microsoft Internet Explorer automatically resizes images that would be too big to see on your monitor at once. This helps prevent the use of the horizontal scroll bar that would normally be required to view the whole image. While some like this automatically occurring, others would rather see the entire image, by default. To turn this 'feature' off:

1. Open up Internet Explorer, choosing the "Tools" menu, then "Internet Options".
2. From the multi-tabbed dialog box that follows, click "Advanced".
3. Scroll down to "Multimedia".
4. Uncheck "Enable Automatic Image Resizing".
5. Press "OK" to close the dialog box.

Printing the page

To print the data, graph and map, click the print button at the bottom of the page. The page should only print out the useful information - items you use to select data should not print.

We have tried to make all the data print on one page. If it ends up on the second page as well you can adjust your page margins as follows:

1. Open up Internet Explorer, choosing the "File" menu, then "Page setip".
2. Near the bottom of the dialog box that follows, look for "Margins".
3. Set margins to 3mm or 0.25 inches.
4. Press "OK" to close the dialog box.
5. Try printing again.
